RUGGEDISED MONITORS IGS

APLEIN INGENIEROS, S.A offers a new range of ruggedised monitors from IGS, based on TFT technology, for the purpose of replacing the old CRT technology monitors installed several years ago in the industrial sector.

The main advantages provided by this product, in addition to space savings, are described below:

* Armoured screens with safety glass (prevents impact damage)

* Its modular design makes it possible to replace the safety glass with a touch screen.

* Metal chassis (ruggedised to reduce environmental interference)

* Screen size: from 13” to 23”.

* The following resolutions are available:

          VGA: 640 x 480
          SVGA: 800 x 600
          XGA: 1,024 x 768
          SXGA: 1,280 x 1,024
          UXGA: 1,600 x 1,200

* Screen contrast ratios: from 250:1 to 600:1.

* Horizontal and vertical display angles: up to 170°.

* Certifications: CE, FCC, CSA

* Compatibility with the various process control systems, such as: ABB Symphonie, Feranti MD49, Siemens Teleperm, ABB Masterview, H & B Controlnik x, Siemens AS215, Eckhard, Mesurex Vision 2002, Feranti Charge, Siemens Simatic and many others.

* Tailor-made design to the customer’s requirements, for example, readability in direct sunlight, dust protection (IP64), and special casing finishes etc.
