Specifically designed for the severe surroundings found in a substation, the IMUX 2000 T1/E1 multiplexer includes special characteristics, which permit it to comply with ANSI/IEEE/IEC specifications for operating in this kind of harsh environment.



TELEPROTECTION

As the complexity of electricity supply networks increases, there is a growing demand placed on the equipment that serves to protect the different system elements from damage and to maintain system stability.
To avoid harm to key apparatus in the network, the teleprotection units are employed to disconnect the part affected by transmitting the required signals in the shortest time possible.
