CONTINUOUS EMISSIONS MONITORING SYSTEM (CEMS) 

The Aplein Ingenieros  includes the turnkey supply of the solution, being able to meet the needs from the supply of the analyzer cabinet, to the complete analyzer system, data logging, sample conditioning, associated engineering and the final integration of all the system in a specific booth for this system.

STEAM LEAK DETCTION SYSTEMS IN BLOILLERS - FUGASCAL 

 FugasCal is a leak detection tool in the boilers of thermal power plants. It is based on a network of microphones and vibration sensors, distributed along the walls of boiler tubes. The signals of the different sensors are collected, processed and stored by said tool. FugasCal is able to detect leaks prematurely (when they are less than 1 mm), which allows to plan corrective actions in the plant many weeks in advance, monitor the evolution of leaks, and prioritize the availability of the plant thermal in front of the rest of events. Finally, and thanks to the client server architecture of FugasCal, an operator can know in real time the status of the boiler from his own office.
